A Dopey Christmas Ornament

This is Dopey, from "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs", looking really happy on the Christmas tree. I bought this at Disneyland just a couple of years ago.

Mickey Mouse as Santa Christmas Ornament

This is a Mickey Mouse as Santa Christmas ornament, featuring Pluto as a reindeer. Mickey has a bone on a stick, which is making Pluto pull the sleigh. I didn't know that Pluto could fly, but hey, at Disney, anything is possible!

Christmas Ornaments III

Here are more Christmas Ornaments that are on my Christmas Tree this year. Here is Donald Duck and Daisy Duck as Christmas carolers, all dressed up in white. Next is Eeyore, just hanging on the tree. Next is Donald Duck, who's got himself all tied up while wrapping a gift; next is a small boy from Mexico, in an "It's A Small World" ornament from Walt Disney Classsics Collection; then we have a Christmas bulb featuring Donald Through The Years, commemorating 60 years of Donald Duck (this was from 1994); and finally is a Jiminy Cricket Christmas bulb by great Disney Artist Alex Maher (this is one of my favorite ornaments).

...And Here's The Christmas Tree!

This is how our tree looked this year, with all the lights and decorations. Normally we have multi-colored blinking lights, but this year I forgot to take out the box that had those lights, so we only had white lights. We kind of liked the all-white lights (for a change), and we went with that. It turned out to be really nice.

More of My Christmas Tree Ornaments

Here are more of my Christmas tree ornaments. As you can see, I have quite a "Magical" tree! All of these ornaments have been collected over the years from Disneyland, Walt Disney World, and The Disney Store. Aren't they nice? Shown are: A Christmas Tree Ornament, with Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse as Christmas Carolers; An Ornament with Tinker Bell (looks like a Christmas Cactus that she's sitting on); A Christmas Tree Bulb featuring Tinker Bell, for Disney's 2005 Holiday Cast Party at Disneyland; Mickey dressed as Santa Claus, with a bone for Pluto; and finally it's the Chesire Cat from Disney's Alice in Wonderland, wearing a Santa hat and holding a candy cane.

My Christmas Tree Ornaments- Part 1

Here are some of my Christmas Tree ornaments. I've been collecting Disney Christmas ornaments for over 20 years now. Only about half of the ornaments made it onto the tree this year. Here we have Mickey Mouse bringing in the Christmas tree, Jessica Rabbit baits you with some mistletoe, Winne the Pooh is still looking for hunny, Eeyore is just kinda hung up there, and we have cute Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse Christmas stockings.

Beauty and the Beast Gallery of Light Box by Olszewski

This is the "Gallery of Light" , a special light box created by master Disney miniaturist, Robert Olszewski. His work is very detailed, as you can see from these photos (look at that ceiling). This light box is so beautiful, it is one of my favorite things that I've bought in a long time. I can just sit and stare at this thing for a while- a colorful framed moment from the motion picture, "Beauty and the Beast", with Belle and the Beast dancing in a memorable scene from the movie. I actually now have a store on Ebay, Babycito-Disneyana, and I offer this piece for sale on my website, brand-new and in the box. This piece is currently sold only at Disney Theme Parks in California and Florida, and is a best bet for gift-givers.

Mickey Mouse Picture Matching Game

This is the "Mickey Mouse Picture Matching Game" from Parker Brothers. This game is from 1953. My Mom gave it to me a few years back...I don't know where she got it from, but it is in great condition, and has all of the game pieces and the instructions intact. I keep it because it's pretty cool artwork, instead of trying to use it. Note: this game board is 2 years older than Disneyland! This game features lots of Disney characters: Mickey Mouse, of course, Cinderella, Daisy Duck, Thumper, Dopey, and more.

Jessie Doll

This is a Jessie doll from Disney/Pixar's "Toy Story 2". This doll was so cool-looking that I had to get it.

"Little Charmer", from Walt Disney Classics Collection

This is a little porcelain stature of Tinkerbell, from Walt Disney's 1953 classic, "Peter Pan". This statue is called "Little Charmer", and is the Membership Sculpture that you received when you joined the Walt Disney Collector's Society in 2001. Look at her face! They get such realism in their scultpures!

Beauty and the Beast Lithograph Set

This is a Beauty and the Beast Lithograph set, which was my free gift from the Disney Store when I pre-purchased the "Beauty and the Beast" video at the Store. It's an unusually beautiful set of 4 lithographs, with great scenes from the movie. I recently was rummaging through a box of stuff when I came across this, and thought it would be great to show on my blog. I hope you like it.

Disneyland 50th Aniversary Mini Glass Set - by Shag

This is a Disneyland Mini Glass Set of 4 colored glasses with retro designs by artist Shag. 1 glass of each color: Blue, Orange, Green and Yellow. Each glass depicts a Disneyland icon: " The Matterhorn", "Sleeping Beauty's Castle" (with Tinkerbell), "The Haunted Mansion" and "It's A Small World". This set is unopened, brand-new and is displayed in a beautiful retro-style box. This was a Disneyland Park exclusive. A great gift for someone who loves Disneyland or collects Disneyland memorabilia, or who just wants something cool and colorful.
