Disneyland Ticket Book Pin
This is a Disneyland Ticket Book Pin, created to celebrate Disneyland's 50th Anniversary. This pin was a Disney Cast Member Exclusive, and part of an Limited Edition of 3000 Pins. I had to buy 2 of these pins, I liked it so much. I used to love the look of the old Disneyland ticket books, so I'm glad that they made a great pin in honor of them.

The Disney Store Trivia Competition Pin, featuring Jiminy Cricket
This is The Disney Store's Trivia Competition Pin. This pin was awarded to the individual store's contestant for this once-a-year Companywide event. I was proud to "win" this pin 4 consecutive times, and it was not an easy pin to win.
For a store to qualify to send a contestant to the Competition, the Cast Members at that store had to answer a questionnaire each month about Disney trivia (for about 9 months). Every Cast Member could help find the correct answers to the questions, and at the end of the month, the answers would be submitted to "Home Base" with the answers. If the store could answer 90 percent of all questions correctly overall on average (for 9 months), the store would qualify to send a contestant to the competition.
Once the store qualified, they would hold an "in-store" competition among all store Cast Members. The Cast Member who answered the most questions correctly would win a chance to compete in a live District competition. Every contestant was scored. The highest 10 scoring contestants in the United States and Canada were flown to Disneyland to compete in a live trivia contest in front of Disneyland guests, and one person emerged from that as the Trivia Champion. I never made the top 10, but in my final year I did answer the most questions correctly in my District (in the Los Angeles area).
This pin features Jiminy Cricket holding a book that says "The Disney Store Trivia Competition". It took work to earn this pin, and I'm proud to own it.

Disneyland Mini Cigarette Lighter
This is a cigarette lighter from Disneyland. It is quite small, perhaps the size of the display screen on your cell phone. It's a real lighter, though. I've had this thing for over 20 years, although I cannot remember who gave it to me. It's cute, but not a toy. Notice the "D" for Disneyland, and the castle logo.

Disney Olympics Pin 2004 - NFFC Exclusive
This is a Disneyland Olympic Pin from 2004, and was part of the 2004 Olympic Pin Series. This pin is an "NFFC Members Only" Pin, made by Disney for members of the the NFFC(National Fantasy Fan Club), and pictures Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse shaking hands. Limited to only 1000 pins, this pin is truly rare, and is also a particularly good-looking pin.

Disneyland Resort Marquee Pin
This is a Disney Pin portraying the Disneyland Marquee that sits outside of Disneyland Resort (and is seen from people driving down Harbor Blvd.). This marquee has been redesigned a few times over the years at Disneyland....I still like the original one the best. This pin has elements of the old and new ones. This is one of my favorite pins.
Walt Disney World Fed Ex Space Mountain Pin
This is a rare, official Fed Ex Space Mountain Pin from Walt Disney World, available only to visitors to the (now gone) exclusive Fed Ex Lounge inside Space Mountain. Fed Ex no longer sponsors the ride, and therefore this pin is no longer available. Notice that this pin has Fed Ex's old logo, from when the company was known mostly as "Federal Express". It was rare that Fed Ex called itself Fed Ex on any marketing merchandise when this pin was made- this was one glaring exception. I used to work for Fed Ex (for 16 years), and I used to love to go to the Space Mountain lounge with my friends for a complimentary can of Coke or some coffee, . We were also given an escort to the front of the line of Space Mountain, which was a cool perk for Fed Ex employees and their guests. Later on, once Space Mountain got Fastpass, they would simply have us go through a door and get into the Fastpass line (right in the middle of the line!)
You can purchase this now rare pin for a total of $25 (includes shipping, handling and insurance). Shipping to the U.S. only.

Stitch Wet Paint Sign
This is a "Wet Paint" sign, featuring Stitch (of Lilo N Stitch fame). I got this at the Villas Disney's Wilderness Lodge at Walt Disney World in Florida, when I stayed there in June 2007. There was a Disney cast member painting the walls, and I saw him with the signs and I asked him if I could have one. He said yes, and now I have it. Notice the little bit of paint near the bottom, in the middle.
The Story of Walt Disney's Motion Picture Mary Poppins
This book is entitled, "The Story of Walt Disney's Motion Picture Mary Poppins". This book was published in 1964, the year that this movie was released (I was released less than 3 months later). I found this book on Ebay, and I had to bid on it, since "Mary Poppins" is my favorite Disney movie. Here on the cover of the book is Julie Andrews, who really made quite a tough Mary Poppins! For her effort, she won the Best Actress Oscar for 1964.

Snow White 70th Anniversary Mug from Disneyland Resort
This is a Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs mug, commemorating the 70th Anniversary of the release of the movie. I got this mug at a special magical event at Disney's California Adventure in November 2007, where several Disney big-shots (including Roy Disney, Leonard Maltin and John Lasseter) gathered to reminisce about the movie.

Fantasia Jacket with Mickey Mouse, from Disney Studio Editions
This is a beautiful Fantasia Jacket, featuring Mickey Mouse and the image of Leopold Stokowski on the back. It also says "Studio Sound Department" on the back. The front has Mickey as Sorcerer Mickey. This Jacket was produced by Disney Studio Editions. I bought it at the Disney Store about 10 years ago. The sleeves are real leather. The body is 80% wool. The lining is 100% acetate. Here I have also included 2 recent photos of myself at Disneyland, wearing the jacket.
