This is a sculpture of Jose Carioca from the Walt Disney classic films, "Saludos Amigos" and "The Three Caballeros". This particular piece was made by Disney artist Jody Daily. It is the prototype for the final pieces that were eventually sold by Disney. Jose is a Brazilian parrot, who smokes cigars and likes to sing and dance.
